Job summary

You will partner with Global Mobility, service providers, and internal teams to manage case records, track expirations, and drive continuous improvement in immigration operations. Advanced English required; 2–3 years in immigration; bachelor's degree; no relocation support.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in immigration/global mobility in corporate or consultancy.
• Knowledge of Mexican immigration processes (visas/work permits).
• Knowledge of other Latin American immigration processes desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in law/IR/BA or related field.
• Experience coordinating external service providers and international staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track visa applications, work permits, renewals for talent relocating to Latin America.
• Work with service providers and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Coordinate immigration service providers, monitor responsiveness and SLAs.
• Guide employees through the immigration process, communicating requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Leads, Legal, Payroll, and others to align needs.
• Maintain accurate case records and expiration trackers with confidentiality.
• Anticipate obstacles and coordinate viable solutions with providers and the Global Mobility team.
• Prepare updates on case status and timelines, and recommend improvements.
