Fever is seeking an experienced, passionate event producer to support the Fever Originals team in all aspects of production for Latin America. You will work with third parties to deliver high‑quality live experiences and scale productions across multiple cities.

Formación

• You have a track record of successfully producing events with strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills.
• The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience.
• Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry.
• You will be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, with attention to detail while thinking bigger.
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
• Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Technical & Administrative Management: pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, post-production wrap-up.
• Budgeting: build and monitor production budgets and optimize local spends.
• Partner Management: lead due diligence on key partners and develop national-scale deals.
