ARQ is seeking a Licensing Associate to own the global licensing workstream across banking, payments, wealth, and crypto. You will track all active and upcoming licenses across jurisdictions, driving deliverables with product, legal, and operations teams, while coordinating with external counsel to secure required permissions.

You will thrive in complex, high-stakes environments, bringing structure, rigour, and pace to a critical scaling function at ARQ.

Formación

• Proven ability to break down complex regulatory or licensing problems into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills for senior audiences.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into product, legal, and operations tasks.
• Proven project management skills with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to coordinate with external counsel and local advisors.
• High ownership mentality and bias for action in fast-moving settings.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global licensing pipeline across banking, payments, wealth, and crypto in multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain a single source of truth for all active and upcoming license expansions globally.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and dependencies; surface risks early and drive resolution.
• Draft and structure submissions, regulatory responses, and internal materials with precision.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions prep, go-live audits, and related artifacts.
• Act as the connector between global teams and in-market licensing leads to ensure alignment.
