ARQ is hiring a Product Owner to build ARQ's operating system: the KPI platform, employee directory, and back‑office tools. You will work with the founders, engineers, and department leads to own these platforms end‑to‑end.

You’ll own strategy and execution, define and ship metrics dashboards, and drive adoption across ARQ’s teams. This role requires a founder mindset, strong analytics, and clear communication skills.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience, including 2+ years at a top technology company.
• Founder mindset: problem solver who can build from scratch.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable diving into data and processes.
• Excellent written communication; able to work directly with founders and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of ARQ's operating system end‑to‑end.
• Ship the KPI platform used by founders, board, and departments to run ARQ.
• Build out the employee directory with profiles, org chart, and HR system integration.
• Drive department leads to define, commit to, and report on KPIs for their area.
• Partner with back‑office engineering on schema and architecture for scalable platforms.
• Track adoption and iterate quickly based on internal feedback.

The Role

We're hiring a Product Owner to build and own ARQ's operating system: the company‑wide KPI platform, the employee directory it runs on, and the back‑office tools that let ARQ grow and stay efficient. ARQ barely pays for external software anymore. The systems we run on are the ones we build ourselves, and this role owns them. You'll work directly with the founders, engineers, and department leads across the company. The mandate isn't to patch together basic internal tools: it's to own the platforms that ARQ runs on end‑to‑end.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of ARQ's operating system end‑to‑end.
• Shipping the company‑wide KPI platform that the founders, board, and every department use to run ARQ.
• Building out the employee directory: profiles, org chart, people‑to‑KPI attribution, integration with our HR stack.
• Driving department leads across the company to define, commit to, and report against the KPIs that matter for their area.
• Partnering with back‑office engineering on schema and architecture decisions to make the platforms scale together.
• Tracking adoption and usage, iterating fast based on internal feedback.

What You'll Need

• 2 to 5 years of experience with 2+ years experience at a top technology company.
• A founder's mindset: a problem solver ready to roll up their sleeves to build from scratch.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable going deep into data and processes.
• Excellent written communicator. Confident working directly with founders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• A self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership.

Nice‑to‑haves

• Experience building internal tools, BI platforms, or HR‑tech products.
• Familiarity with metrics frameworks, dashboards, or org‑data products.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
