Job summary

DePuy Synthes seeks a Director of HCC Data Management & Technology Operations to lead global data initiatives for health care compliance. The role drives data governance, analytics, and technology programs across regions, enabling proactive risk management and compliant operations.

You will work with IT, privacy, and legal teams to embed compliance by design, ensure data quality, and enable enterprise-wide visibility into compliance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12+ years experience in compliance or related fields.
• Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluency in English and effective communication with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership for data management and technology operations in HCC.
• Support transparency reporting and ensure data quality across submissions.
• Oversee data governance and quality for compliance-related data and third-party data.
• Develop analytics capabilities to detect compliance risks and support remediation.
• Lead development and deployment of compliance tech tools and integrate them with enterprise systems.
