Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Financial Data Governance Analyst in Medellín, Colombia. The role focuses on governing financial master data across ERP and non-ERP systems, ensuring data quality and supporting finance processes globally.

The analyst will collaborate with BUCs, IT, FP&A, CAO, and the Competency Center to improve data governance, controls, and reporting. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Experience in finance operations, master data, ERP support, shared services, accounting, reporting, or related process-oriented roles is preferred.
• Experience working in a complex systems or global business environment is a plus.
• Experience supporting process improvement, controls, reporting, or data governance activities is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial master data operations and ERP project activities across the global landscape.
• Develop and maintain understanding of master data structures used across ERP financial applications.
• Maintain knowledge of non-ERP global applications (Concur, Ariba, PeopleSoft, ADP) and their impact on SAP ERP environments.
• Support global cost center and GL account maintenance processes.
• Help maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency of financial master data.
• Execute master data activities in line with governance, controls, and service expectations.
• Identify data issues and control risks, escalate or support remediation as needed.
• Support data governance initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
• Support governance model and ownership framework for master data across in-scope instances.
• Prepare and support metric reporting, service performance tracking, and root cause analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to support ERP and non-ERP structure decisions for projects and reporting needs.
• Maintain guidelines, playbooks, and process documentation for internal customers.
• Collaborate with Accenture and internal partners to ensure service quality and best practices.
