Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá is seeking a Finance and Accounting Analyst for Global Services Finance (GSF). This role supports financial operations, accounting, and procurement services delivered across the company.

You will work within a cross-functional team to ensure accuracy, compliance with worldwide procedures, and timely closing. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of professional experience are required; English proficiency is expected.

Formación

• Analytical reasoning, problem solving, and data-driven decision making to mitigate risk.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Sustain Operational Excellence by completing daily financial operations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support reconciliations, financial analyses, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with internal and external audits and maintain compliant documentation.
