Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá is seeking a Finance and Accounting Analyst for Global Services Finance (GSF). This role supports financial operations, accounting, and procurement services delivered across the company.

You will work within a cross-functional team to ensure accuracy, compliance with worldwide procedures, and timely closing. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of professional experience are required; English proficiency is expected.

Qualifications / Requirements

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree is required (accounting, finance, economy, business administration or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Statutory accounting and financial statement preparation.

Skills

• Analytical Reasoning & Problem Solving: Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making to avoid costs, attention to detail and mitigate risk
• Accounting: Understands accounting principles and financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow), ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. Provides insights to enhance financial health and reduce risks.
