Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business systems, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting enterprise applications or similar technologies.
• Experience in application administration, system configuration, and user access management.
• Experience translating requirements into technology solutions with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a global environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software validation, change management, and quality processes is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for users supporting the EMS across Abbott sites.
• Provide day-to-day application support including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Administer user access management and RBAC in line with policies.
• Configure and maintain EMS settings, dashboards, reports, and monitoring.
• Perform routine system maintenance to ensure reliability and availability.
• Troubleshoot device communications and environmental monitoring infrastructure.
