Formación

• Proven experience leading service or account management teams in EdTech or SaaS.
• Experience with public, governmental, or corporate educational projects is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI-based optimization and reporting.
