Job summary

Partner One Capital is seeking a Data Center Capacity & Inventory Manager to unify and maintain a global view of the organization’s data center estate, including owned, colocation, and edge facilities. You will consolidate power, cooling, racks, and space data into forecasts and reports that guide moves and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing data center infrastructure at multi-site or global scale across owned and colocation facilities.
• Deep knowledge of data center power, cooling, and space — circuits, PDUs, UPS, generators, redundancy concepts (N, N+1).
• Track record of keeping inventory and capacity data current across many sites.
• Experience planning and executing data center moves, migrations, consolidations, or build-outs.
• Colocation and vendor management experience — contracts, SLAs, capacity commitments, cost control.
• Strong data and reporting skills, with advanced spreadsheet and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Define data standards and reporting methods for all sites to ensure comparability across the portfolio.
• Support space, power, and cooling analysis for moves, migrations, and consolidations.
• Provide accurate capacity and utilization data to drive planning decisions.
• Proactively identify capacity risks and recommend expansion or reallocation where needed.
• Produce regular dashboards and reports for leadership, finance, and planning.
• Own data quality and conduct periodic audits and reconciliations against recorded data.
