Formación

• 1-3+ years in customer-facing roles or support
• Ability to manage high volumes of requests
• Experience in a fast-growth startup, payroll company, or consulting
• Strong relationship-building under pressure
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation
• Self-motivated with high responsibility
• Track record of achievement in a top-tier company
• Solid data synthesis skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage high volumes of customer requests across multiple accounts
• Build relationships with assigned customer accounts and understand their needs
• Train customers on Deel platform functionality and payroll processes
• Identify risks that may lead to churn and coordinate with teams to resolve issues
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, and support teams to ensure proper request handling
• Be the voice of the customer by sharing product feedback with teams
