Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to coordinate international travel for clients and employees, manage flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries, while ensuring compliance with varying regulations.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company and lead visa strategy executions, with a focus on cost efficiency and excellent service in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate travel.
• 4+ years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Prepare cost projections and submit expense reports.
• Analyze and optimize processes for savings and efficiency.
• Stay updated on passport, visa laws, and travel regulations across destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate housing and benefits where needed.
• Document and improve travel processes across the team.
