Empresaconfidencial is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee key R2R activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls. You will collaborate with local and global Finance teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The role requires 7+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in management, and professional qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA. Fluency in Business English (B2-C1) is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong experience with financial close, statutory accounting, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and audits.
• Exposure to SOX and Big 4/Top 10 accounting firms is desirable.
• Business English proficiency, B2-C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and other accounting adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting policies, IFRS/US GAAP, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, audit activities, and SOX controls.
• Partner with local and global Finance teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure consistent processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation, and greater operational efficiency.
• Support and develop the local accounting team, promoting high-quality and timely delivery.
