Zoomlion Colombia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the local finance function, partner with regional and global teams, and drive financial excellence in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

The role focuses on IFRS-compliant reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, tax compliance, internal controls, and developing a high-performing finance team to support strategic decision-making.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
• At least 5 years leading finance teams.
• Experience in multinational companies is required.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Advanced English communication with international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall finance function for Zoomlion Colombia.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant financial reporting in Colombian regulations.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, analyses, and executive reports.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and FX.
• Oversee tax compliance and coordination of external audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management.
• Partner with regional/global teams on reporting and planning.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local finance team.
• Drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our local finance function and work closely with regional and global teams, contributing to financial excellence, business performance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function for Zoomlion Colombia.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and Colombian regulations.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, financial analyses, and executive reports to support business decisions.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow planning, banking relationships, and foreign currency transactions.
• Oversee tax compliance and coordinate external audits and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes.
• Partner with regional and global finance teams on reporting, planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local finance team.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across the finance function.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA or internationally recognized certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading finance teams.
• Previous experience in multinational companies is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction, or heavy equipment industries is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Colombian accounting and tax regulations.
• Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, treasury, and internal controls.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.

Languages

• Advanced English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and prepare executive-level reports in English.
