WSP COLOMBIA SAS is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer – Hydro & Dams to join a multidisciplinary team for planning, analysis, design, and assessment of geotechnical aspects on hydroelectric, dam, water resources, and major infrastructure projects. The role requires 6–9 years of relevant experience, strong technical writing, and advanced English and French communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's in civil/geotechnical-related field.
• Master's preferred for advanced roles.
• PE designation or eligibility preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead geotechnical investigations and site characterization.
• Perform analyses for foundations, embankments, slopes, tunnels, and water-retaining structures.
• Develop designs for dams, spillways, and power infrastructure.
• Produce reports, calculations, specs, and contract docs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
