Job summary

Callière Group is seeking a construction professional to perform concrete placement and finishing for various structures, including equipment pads and tower foundations, in a physically demanding field role. You will handle site preparation, demolition, basic carpentry, fencing, and painting as part of a collaborative team, while also working independently as needed.

The role requires the ability to read construction drawings, operate earthmoving equipment, and apply exothermic welding

Qualifications

• Experience in general construction with earthwork and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with exothermic welding (cad-welding) is desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability guidelines.
• Physically capable of working safely at elevated heights, rooftops, and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Construct, place, and finish concrete for structures including equipment pads and tower foundations.
• Perform site prep, demolition, basic carpentry, fencing, and painting.
• Operate core drills to create openings and anchor securely.
• Collaborate with the team and work independently while upholding company standards.
• Maintain communication with the Civil Foreman and report progress and issues.
