Prospera AI is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to enhance Sophie’s user experience for wealth management advisors. The role is ~70% frontend and ~30% backend, involving UI/UX work, API connections, and product decisions.

You will own the Advisor Experience, streaming UI, and design systems while ensuring performant, intuitive interfaces during client calls and live interactions.

Formación

• 4+ years production React experience with hooks, context, and rendering optimization.
• Strong Next.js experience (App Router, server components, API routes).
• Strong TypeScript skills.
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and modern styling approaches.
• Ability to implement complex, responsive layouts without designer hand-holding.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Advisor Experience: build and refine the dashboard where advisors interact with Sophie.
• Design conversation views, client insights panels, and recommendation displays.
• Make complex AI outputs feel simple and actionable.
• Build Streaming UI: implement real-time streaming response displays and loading states.
• Establish design systems: create reusable component patterns and a component library.
• Optimize performance: ensure fast load times and smooth interactions.
