Appspringtech is seeking a Front-End Engineer who cares deeply about user experience, animation fluidity, progressive enhancement, and web accessibility standards. You will translate Figma designs into semantic HTML/CSS and React code, optimizing for performance and responsive layouts across devices.

Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to design systems.

Formación

• 3+ years front-end experience with React/Next.js or similar framework.
• Deep knowledge of vanilla CSS, CSS Grid, Flexbox, and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of web performance metrics and optimizations.
• Commitment to semantic HTML and WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Upper-intermediate English communication skills.

About the Position

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer who cares deeply about user experience, animation fluidity, progressive enhancement, and web accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Figma designs into semantic, accessible, and high-performance HTML/CSS and React code
• Optimize web applications for maximum load speed, visual stability, and responsive layout across mobile and desktop devices
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs cleanly and handle async states elegantly
• Participate in daily agile stand-ups, code reviews, and technical refinement sessions
• Contribute to internal layout libraries and design systems documentation

Requirements & Technical Skills

• 3+ years of professional front-end engineering experience using React, Next.js, or similar modern framework
• Deep expertise in vanilla CSS, CSS Grid, Flexbox, responsive design, and CSS variables
• Strong understanding of web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) and modern optimizations
• Commitment to semantic HTML structure and WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines
• Upper-intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken)
