Job summary

Opella is seeking an FP&A Operations Lead for the Americas region, overseeing manufacturing sites and coordinating close, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes. You will manage variance analyses, consolidations and cross-system reporting across TM1, SAP S4/Hana and related tools.

You will engage with Finance Site Leads and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, compliance, and proactive decision support, while leveraging Power BI and Excel for insightful management reporting.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of accounting and controlling experience for manufacturing and supply.
• Experience in CPG, Consumer Healthcare or Pharma industries preferred.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus and cross-cultural collaboration is common.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Planning, Budget & Rolling Forecast.
• Lead financial reporting for actual, forecast, and budget scenarios.
• Perform first level analysis on monthly results and variances.
• Data consolidation and reporting focused on financial statement quality.
• Support data consolidation in TM1, SAP S4/Hana, Solar/Magnitude.
• Ensure timely data reporting respecting global deadlines.
• Improve processes leveraging available tools and systems.
• Support FP&A Operations team on process simplification projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting principles.
