Keyrus LATAM seeks a Data & AI Practice Lead to shape growth, positioning, and technology evolution across the region. The role blends strategy, architecture, and client advisory to translate challenges into concrete Data & AI solutions.

You will guide leadership, mentor consultants, and collaborate with sales to develop integrated offerings and market presence across LATAM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields; graduate studies or relevant Cloud/Data certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or related disciplines, ideally with progression into architecture, technical leadership, consulting, or practice management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the Data & AI practice in LATAM, contributing to its growth, positioning, and evolution in line with market and client needs.
• Act as the technical and consultative reference for Data & AI with clients, building trusted relationships with technology, data, and business leaders.
• Identify Data & AI opportunities within existing and prospective clients, turning their needs into concrete initiatives, solutions, and projects.
• Work with sales and pre-sales teams to develop value propositions, define solutions, estimate projects, and participate in client conversations.
• Design and recommend modern data architectures and solutions using technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand challenges, assess data ecosystems, and identify modernization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into viable, scalable technical solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Provide technical leadership during pre-sales, design, and project kickoff phases.

What You'll Architect

As the Data & AI Practice Lead for LATAM, you will architect the growth, positioning, and technical evolution of Keyrus's Data & AI practice across the region — becoming the trusted advisor clients turn to when modern data architecture meets real business transformation. You will operate at the intersection of technology and strategy, translating client challenges into concrete Data & AI solutions while building the talent, offerings, and market presence that make Keyrus a true reference in the space.

You will:

• Lead and grow the Data & AI practice in LATAM, contributing to its growth, positioning, and evolution in line with market and client needs

• Act as the technical and consultative reference for Data & AI with clients, building trusted relationships with technology, data, and business leaders

• Identify Data & AI opportunities within existing and prospective clients, turning their needs into concrete initiatives, solutions, and projects

• Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to develop value propositions, define solutions, estimate projects, and participate in client presentations and conversations

• Design and recommend modern data architectures and solutions using technologies and platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and other relevant components of the Data & AI ecosystem

• Lead discovery conversations with clients to understand their technical and business challenges, assess their data ecosystems, and identify modernization and transformation opportunities

• Translate business needs into viable, scalable technical solutions aligned with client objectives

• Provide technical leadership and guidance during pre-sales, design, and project kickoff phases, ensuring the quality and feasibility of proposed solutions

• Contribute to the development of Data & AI offerings, capabilities, accelerators, and solutions that strengthen and differentiate Keyrus's value proposition in the market

• Stay current on trends, technologies, and best practices related to Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, Analytics, Data Governance, Modern Data Architectures, and Artificial Intelligence

• Collaborate with other practices and business lines to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop integrated solutions for clients

• Support the growth and development of the team's technical capabilities, acting as a reference and mentor for consultants, architects, and Data & AI specialists

• Participate in key talent evaluation for the practice and contribute to building teams with the capabilities needed to meet current and future business needs

• Represent Keyrus in strategic client conversations, events, webinars, and other initiatives that strengthen the company's positioning as a Data & AI reference

What You Bring

Qualifications / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields; graduate studies or relevant Cloud/Data certifications are a plus

• 10+ years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or related disciplines, ideally with a career progression from technical roles into architecture, technical leadership, consulting, or practice management

Technical Skills

• Strong background working in technology consulting or professional services firms, engaging directly with clients and participating in solution and project development

• Strong technical background in modern data architectures, Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Lakehouse, and Analytics ecosystems

• Hands‑on experience and solid knowledge of technologies and platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks

• Ability to understand complex business and technology challenges and translate them into concrete Data & AI solutions, architectures, and projects
