Job summary

Rapyd is seeking a SENA Apprentice in the Accounting area to assist with issuing certificates, preparing forms, and managing official accounting books. You will also help respond to customer and supplier inquiries, handle tickets, and support related processes within the accounting area.

Ideal candidates are located in Bogotá or surrounding areas, proactive, with strong communication, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Be available to start the productive stage.
• Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract, either as a first apprenticeship contract or as part of a training chain.
• Be located in Bogotá or surrounding areas.
• Be proactive and have strong assertive communication skills.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the issuance of tax certificates for customers and suppliers.
• Prepare draft responses to customer and supplier complaints or inquiries.
• Support the preparation of national magnetic media reporting forms.
• Respond to tickets related to customer requests.
• Support the preparation and printing of official accounting books.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned within the area.
