Job summary

Rapyd is seeking a SENA Apprentice to join the Operations – Payments team in Bogotá. You will prepare international transfer letters, validate payments, and update transfer indicators while coordinating with Reconciliations and Treasury.

Responsibilities include handling bank documents, processing adjustments to merchant virtual accounts, and supporting domestic and international payout processes. Proactivity, strong communication, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Be proactive and have strong assertive communication skills.
• Reside in Bogotá or surrounding areas.
• Be available to start the productive stage of the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bank instruction letters for international transfers across LATAM.
• Collect invoices and supporting documents required by banks to process international transfers.
• Prepare basic reports on completed domestic and international payments.
• Manage customer requests related to payment processes for domestic and international merchants.
• Monitor and execute manual controls for transaction and transfer processing.
• Validate and process adjustments to merchants’ virtual accounts, including credit and debit notes.
