Soho House is seeking a Runner to support the seamless flow between kitchen and floor, delivering orders promptly and keeping service areas clean and organized. You will assist waiting staff and ensure members have a superior experience by connecting kitchen and bar with the dining floor.

Ideally with 2–3 years in a high-end dining environment, you have strong F&B knowledge, wine service, and excellent communication and teamwork.

Formación

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverages, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach.
• Confident, polished and professional demeanour.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.

Responsabilidades

• Bring food and drinks quickly from kitchen/bar to members’ tables and deliver to them.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
• Provide service to an assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members for personalized service.
• Polish cutlery and prepare table additions (condiments, lemon wraps, etc).
• Perform opening and closing procedures and station set up/break down.
• Ensure service equipment is handled safely and stored correctly.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams.
