Pi3 is seeking a Financial Reconciliation & Payments Implementation Specialist with ~3 years of experience in the financial sector. You will implement and optimize reconciliation processes, payment integrations, and automated financial workflows using a No-Code/Low-Code platform.

The role demands strong Excel skills, English at C1 level, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Reconciliation & Payments Implementation Specialist with approximately 3 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in banking, fintech, payment processing, acquiring, or financial technology companies.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes, investigate transaction discrepancies, and implement technology-driven solutions.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement and optimize financial reconciliation processes, payment integrations, and automated financial workflows using a No-Code/Low-Code platform.

• What We're Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Approximately 3 years in banking, fintech, financial operations, financial analysis, payment processing, or financial reconciliation.
• Financial Reconciliation: Proven experience with bank reconciliations, transaction reconciliations, financial movements, discrepancy analysis, and identifying root causes.
• Banking & Fintech: Experience in the banking or fintech industry is strongly preferred.
• Acquiring & Payment Processing: Understanding of payment transactions, acquirers, payment gateways, settlement processes, and financial flows.
• Excel: Intermediate to advanced proficiency is mandatory. Practical skills will be assessed through a technical test.
• English: C1 proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English in professional and client-facing environments.
• Valid Visa: A valid visa with at least 2 years of remaining validity is mandatory.
• Travel Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally according to project and client requirements.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to investigate discrepancies, interpret financial data, and develop effective solutions.
• Client Communication: Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Autonomy: Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Nice to HaveExperience implementing financial software, reconciliation platforms, or payment integrations.
• SQL knowledge and familiarity with database logic.
• Basic knowledge of Python or Visual Basic (VB).
• Experience in process automation and optimization.
• Previous experience in fintech companies, banking institutions, payment service providers, or technology startups.
