Job summary

KairosIT in Medellín is seeking a Finance & Procurement Coordinator to manage purchasing, client quoting, and accounting activities. You will ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions, supporting our finance team in a dynamic environment.

As part of the team, you will source hardware, software, and vendor services, coordinate with Client Success Managers on quotes, and oversee accounts payable, billing, and receivables to keep records complete and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting experience including AP, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Knowledge of accrual accounting, GL coding, and journal entries.
• Experience with procurement, POs, vendor management, and inventory tracking.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots).
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
