DealMaker is a fast-growing fintech company transforming online capital raising. The Finance role focuses on expense management, reconciliation, and supporting month-end close. The position starts hands-on and evolves to supervising automated workflows.

We seek a tech-forward finance professional who can automate repetitive tasks and scale finance operations for a growing team in Medellín. This 3-month contract role offers equity opportunities and a chance to impact how we scale finance

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable processes.
• Cloud-based finance tools: Float, NetSuite, Stripe, Zip or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day expense management and reimbursements.
• Post bank journal entries and support month-end close.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and audit/tax data gathering.
• Assist in maintaining controls and automate routine tasks.
