Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Significant experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and participate effectively in leadership teams.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering capabilities.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including talent development and organizational building.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• MBA and/or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
• Experience working in complex, multi-country environments is highly desirable.

• Lead Financial Planning and Management Reporting.
• Partner with General Managers to establish ambitious yet achievable financial goals.
• Deliver transparent financial reporting that connects market insights, historical performance, and future outlook.
• Leverage BI&A capabilities to develop realistic sales forecasts based on relevant market data.
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities while driving contingency planning.
• Promote simplification and process improvements to maximize support for the business.
• Ensure timeline adherence, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and business implications effectively.
