GEA Group seeks a hands-on Business Performance Specialist to strengthen data, automation and reporting across Middle Americas, focusing on financial processes and dashboard development. You will partner with management to understand the full P&L, challenge trends, identify drivers and translate data into actionable insights to improve profitability and forecast accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, management accounting, controlling and P&L management.
• Ability to understand the relationship between commercial and operational drivers and their financial impact.
• Experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• High level of ownership, business curiosity and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end financial controlling and performance management for the assigned division.
• Analyze P&L across top line to bottom line and explain deviations.
• Monitor KPIs including order intake, sales, gross profit, margins and EBITDA.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecast processes.
• Develop projections and scenarios to support decisions.
• Translate financial information into actionable insights for stakeholders.
