DealMaker is a fast-growing fintech company redefining how startups raise capital online. The Finance team seeks a hands-on expense and reconciliation specialist who will evolve into an agent supervisor as automated workflows are built out.

You will own day-to-day expense management, post journal entries, and support month-end reconciliations for a fast-paced, cloud-enabled environment. This 3-month contract role emphasizes automating 50%+ of routine tasks, improving controls, and enabling

Formación

• 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable processes.
• Comfort working with cloud-based finance tools (Float, NetSuite, Stripe, Zip or similar).
• Strong attention to detail with a bias toward building systems over repeating manual tasks.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple high-frequency workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Expense Management: Administer Float for daily credit card transaction coding and semi-monthly employee reimbursement reviews.
• Manage wellness stipend reimbursement review cycle.
• Support ongoing expense process controls and system integrity.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from Finance and other stakeholders as priorities shift.
