Highwinds is seeking an Accounting & Finance Analyst to support day-to-day accounting across receivables, payables, reconciliations, and month-end close. Reporting to the CFO, you will help leadership understand cash flow and working capital while building scalable processes as the company grows.

The role requires 2+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and strong Excel skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; exposure to SQL and automation

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and accrual accounting.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation).
• Experience with ACH, wire, and online payment platforms.
• Clear communicator with internal teams and external clients.

Aufgaben

• Manage AR/AP operations and client invoicing, track payments and collections.
• Perform bank, payment processor, and QuickBooks reconciliations.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation for audits.
• Assist month-end close with journal entries and accruals; prepare financial statements.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows.
