• Gather external data requirements from protocols, service providers, and stakeholders.
• Develop external data specifications and obtain approvals.
• Perform test and first-production file reviews to ensure adherence to specs.
• Monitor external data file loads and issue resolution.
• Support data validation to ensure review- and lock-ready CDM data.
