McKinsey & Company is seeking a seasoned professional to support the Anti-Corruption and Financial Crimes program in Colombia. You will refine policies, enforce standards, and collaborate across Legal, Risk, and the E&C function to embed integrity across operations.

In this growth-focused role, you will engage in regionally focused initiatives, drive awareness, and contribute to training, monitoring, and conformance across the firm. Strong written and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional degree required; advanced degrees and/or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in ethics, compliance, risk, legal, or governance in a multinational organization.
• 3+ years driving regulatory compliance programs focusing on Anti‑Corruption and third‑party programs, Financial Crimes, and AML.
• Strong writing skills and editorial abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of Anti-Corruption and Financial Crimes program aspects, refining policies and procedures.
• Support cross‑functional collaboration (Legal, Risk, Global Social Responsibility) to embed E&C in operations.
• Engage in regionally focused initiatives to raise awareness and advance the integrity agenda.
