Staffing de Colombia is seeking a candidate with experience in call centers to document infrastructure requirements, including networking, security, and compliance needs. You should be comfortable in a BPO environment where following scripts is expected and tasks are assigned rather than self-initiated.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in routing within call center operations and familiar with automation tools for building and testing infrastructure concepts.

Formación

• Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks for building, testing...
• Experience with infrastructure requirements documentation, including resource types, networking, security and compliance needs.
