Job summary

Nae is seeking a Mobile Access Network professional with hands-on Mobile Core experience to contribute to planning, design, optimization, and transformation initiatives in the telecommunications sector.

The ideal candidate should understand mobile network architectures and participate in project lifecycle activities, including reporting and stakeholder communication. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Mobile Access Network Planning within telecommunications operators.
• Strong knowledge of mobile access network architectures and technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
• Experience in radio network design and optimization will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of OSS systems (inventory, provisioning, management).
• Advanced proficiency in presentation, data analysis, and data management tools (Excel, Power BI). SQL and GIS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify needs/gaps.
• Analyze fixed telecommunications network architectures.
• Develop High-Level Designs for Mobile Core networks.
• Prepare technical proposals for network optimization.
• Define and support processes, structures, and tools within the project scope.
• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

We are looking for a Mobile Access Network professional with experience in Mobile Core projects, capable of contributing to network planning, design, optimization, and transformation initiatives within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile network architectures and hands‑on experience working on Mobile Core-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify needs/gaps.
• Analyze fixed telecommunications network architectures.
• Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) for Mobile Core networks.
• Prepare technical proposals for network optimization within the project scope.
• Define and support the implementation of processes, organizational structures, and tools within the project scope.
• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Mobile Access Network Planning within telecommunications operators.
• Strong knowledge of mobile access network architectures and technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G). Experience in radio network design and optimization will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of telecommunications operators' OSS systems (inventory, provisioning, management systems, etc.).
• Strong analytical, information structuring, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in presentation, data analysis, and data management tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI). Knowledge of SQL and GIS is desirable.
