Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Strong, hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations.
• Solid programming skills; TypeScript experience is a strong advantage.
• Previous exposure to technical, customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring or analytics tools is a bonus.
• A problem-solving mindset and passion for AI.

Responsabilidades

• Design prompts and implement functions for AI agents.
• Connect agents to customer APIs and databases.
• Build and maintain internal tooling in TypeScript.
• Test with live data to measure performance.
• Work directly with enterprise customers for real-time iteration.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Contribute to documentation, processes, and best practices.
