A technology company in Colombia seeks a Software Developer to build, test, and deploy AI agents for enterprise customers. Ideal candidates will have 2-6 years of backend software development experience, a strong understanding of networking and APIs, and the ability to quickly learn complex systems. Bonus points for AI or startup experience. This role requires the capacity to adapt swiftly to changes and tight deadlines.

Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context.

Role Overview

Build, test and deploy AI agents on the Wonderful platform for enterprise customers

Write and design prompts, and implement functions that guide AI agents across voice, chat, and email.

Collaborate closely with Account / Program Management teams and enterprise customers to understand customer needs and existing workflows - and turn them into scalable AI solutions.

Connect agents to customer APIs, databases, and internal tools in TypeScript so they can execute real-world tasks end-to-end.

Deliver results under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and challenges.

Requirements

2-6 years of software development experience (ideally backend).

Strong understanding of networking, HTTP, APIs, and authentication mechanisms.

Ability to learn complex customer systems quickly and translate them into technical solutions.

A flexible, problem-solving mindset with the passion for working under pressure.

Bonus points for AI experience and/or startup experience.
