Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Solution Consulting.
• 3+ years designing, developing, or implementing AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and leading discovery workshops.
• Experience in mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design AI, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI architectures aligned to business objectives.
• Conduct feasibility, suitability, complexity, and risk assessments for automation.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Define AI governance, monitoring, observability, and adoption frameworks.
• Create executive presentations, recommendations, and roadmaps.
• Support Azure-based (multi-cloud) solution deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
