INGEPSY in Medellín seeks a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of senior engineers building core eDiscovery software while owning people leadership and software delivery. You will plan and sequence work with Product, commit to delivery timelines, remove blockers, and maintain high engineering standards through design and code reviews.

You will shape how the team uses AI development tools, establishing standards for responsible use and verification of AI-generated code, and mentoring

Formación

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership or mentoring roles.
• Experience managing software engineering teams, ideally 10–16+ engineers.
• Strong technical depth to review software designs and code.
• Experience delivering software in an AI-assisted environment.
• Familiarity with scalable software systems and modern practices.

Responsabilidades
