Pylontech, a leading energy storage innovator, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Colombia across C&I and residential sectors. You’ll lead prospecting, craft proposals, and build strategic partnerships to accelerate project wins.

You’ll coordinate with engineering and operations, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships from first contact to project delivery, ensuring value and long-term collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, PM, or related field.
• 3+ years in business development or project management in energy storage/renewable energy.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and cultivate leads across channels to win C&I and residential storage projects.
• Develop and execute a BD plan aligned with client needs and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients throughout the project lifecycle.
