Job summary

Solvo Global Careers on-site HR Customer Service Associate in Barranquilla will be the first contact for employees, handling inquiries on HR, payroll, benefits, and systems access, while delivering an excellent employee experience. Shifts rotate CST, Monday–Friday, with 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM slots.

English at B2+/C1 and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/CRM systems are required. 2+ years in HR customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HR customer service or related fields.
• Advanced English: B2+ / C1.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, HRIS, CRM, or call center systems.
