• 3+ years of professional software development experience, backend focus.

Responsabilités

• Build, design, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable services.
• Own features from conception to launch, including specs and release processes.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews for quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve performance, scalability and fault tolerance.
• Stay up-to-date with Elixir ecosystem trends and best practices.
