Qualifications

• 4+ years of Backend Engineering with a focus on functional programming.
• Proven expertise in real-time, concurrent systems with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Deep understanding of OTP patterns, GenServers, and BEAM VM.
• Proficiency with Ecto and PostgreSQL for data persistence and management.
• Experience implementing modern interactive web features using Phoenix LiveView.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix.
• Implement data persistence and complex queries with Ecto and PostgreSQL.
• Build real-time features using Phoenix LiveView and OTP patterns.
• Architect concurrent systems with GenServers and supervision trees for high availability.
• Improve performance and maintainability with functional programming practices.
