Inchcape Américas is seeking an SAP L2 Logistics Support Analyst to deliver second-level functional support for SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, EWM, VMS, DBM) and related processes. You’ll analyze incidents, drive improvements, and ensure solutions align with business requirements while supporting end users across the region.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong SAP knowledge, and experience in enterprise environments with excellent communication in Spanish and English.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- SAP Logistics certification is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics modules MM/SD/EWM and related processes.
- Proven experience supporting SAP Logistics in enterprise environments.
- Experience in SLA-driven support environments and in collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Provide Level 2 functional support for SAP Logistics modules and business processes.
- Analyze and resolve medium- and high-complexity incidents within SLAs.
- Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements.
- Create functional docs, knowledge articles, and end-user training materials.
- Collaborate with project teams to transition new solutions into support post go-live.
