Power Digital Marketing in Colombia seeks a Paid Advertising Strategist responsible for owning execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within their book of business. You will align efforts to client goals, drive reporting, optimizations, and strategic recommendations across multiple paid channels.

You will collaborate with account leadership to evolve strategies, manage budgets, and deliver insights that accelerate client growth while leveraging the Nova ecosystem and AI-enhanced tools.

Formación

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting.
• Experience with at least 2+ paid advertising channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Campaign development and optimization processes: bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, strategy, and optimizations.

Responsabilidades

• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media platforms.
• Lead execution of optimizations to improve performance relative to goals.
• Manage all client budgets and advise on pacing and changes.
• Provide proactive strategy recommendations across assigned channels.
• Maintain and communicate performance insights and next steps to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate testing roadmaps and project management of next steps.
• Own reporting and strategy communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize data to tell a story and demonstrate results with clear next steps.
