GUT Bogotá, part of Globant, seeks an E-commerce Consultant to blend creativity, technology, and innovation in delivering high-impact digital commerce solutions. You will translate business needs into e-commerce capabilities, define user journeys, and guide platform choices.

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce consulting, business analysis, digital commerce, or a related role.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce processes and customer journeys.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into e-commerce solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, functional analysis, and solution definition for digital commerce initiatives.
• Provide strategic and functional guidance on e-commerce platforms and capabilities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, technology, product, and business teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve e-commerce performance, customer experience, and operational processes.
• Define functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the implementation and evolution of e-commerce solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical teams.
• Participate in workshops, presentations, and meetings with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the solution lifecycle.

What will you do:

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into e-commerce solutions.

What will help you succeed:

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce consulting, business analysis, digital commerce, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce processes and customer journeys.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce/Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce, Shopify, or similar.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Understanding of integrations with systems such as ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, CMS, payment gateways, and APIs.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Experience in digital transformation or large-scale e-commerce implementations.
• Knowledge of omnichannel commerce and headless commerce architectures.
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud or other digital experience technologies.
• Experience in consulting or agency environments.
