Responsabilidades

The Dynamics 365 F&O Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting business applications, system operations, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will provide hands‑on functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), ensuring effective system performance, timely resolution of user issues, and alignment between business processes and technology solutions.

This position combines functional application support, business analysis, user enablement, and project involvement. The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level professional with 4+ years of hands‑on Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX experience, particularly across Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade, and Finance processes.

The ideal candidate should have experience working directly with business users and production environments, managing support incidents, troubleshooting functional issues, gathering requirements, supporting testing and UAT, and participating in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will support approximately 50 end users and requires the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, end users, developers, IT teams, and third‑party partners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide daily functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Manage and resolve user support requests, incidents, and application‑related issues through ticketing processes.
• Troubleshoot functional issues in production environments and collaborate with developers and external partners for resolution.
• Support production environments while ensuring system stability and business continuity.
• Partner directly with business users to understand requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and support solution design activities.
• Support implementation projects, system enhancements, upgrades, and process optimization initiatives.
• Perform functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain system documentation, process documentation, and user guides.
• Provide training and guidance to end users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.
• Support Dynamics 365 F&O processes related to Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade, and Finance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and partners to support application improvements and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, support SLA compliance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support Microsoft Power Platform and reporting initiatives when required.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Valid passport and visa to travel to the United States for in‑person training.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O business processes.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade, and Finance processes.
• Experience providing functional application support directly to end users.
• Experience troubleshooting functional incidents and managing support tickets in a production environment.
• Experience with business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience supporting functional testing, UAT, implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience creating documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with Power BI and reporting solutions.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or international trade environments.
• Experience working with third‑party implementation partners.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations and regional teams.
• Knowledge of ERP best practices and process optimization methodologies.

Additional Information:

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Full‑time role; candidate must be flexible with working hours based on operational needs.

Important:

This is a functional, business‑facing D365 F&O role. Candidates should have hands‑on experience supporting end users, production environments, and business processes. Experience limited primarily to D365 development, X++, or implementation consulting without ongoing application support may not be aligned with the position.
