Job summary

Kaplan International is seeking a Web Producer for a temporary, delivery-focused role in Bogotá. You will manage website content within Drupal, support the migration to a rebranded site, and ensure pages meet quality and accessibility standards.

You will collaborate with marketing, product and content teams, perform content QA, and support launch activities. The ideal candidate has Drupal experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience managing website content in a CMS, ideally Drupal.
• Strong attention to detail and content quality.
• Experience supporting website redesign, rebrand or content migration projects.
• Good understanding of web content best practice, accessibility and SEO fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and publish website content within the Drupal CMS.
• Support migration/updating of content to the new website.
• Build and maintain webpages using approved templates and design patterns.
• Review content for accuracy, brand alignment and user experience.
• Conduct content QA, links, assets, metadata and page functionality.
• Perform mobile testing and ensure correct display on devices.
• Upload and manage digital assets including imagery and documents.
• Support SEO and redirect implementation for the rebrand.
• Coordinate with marketing, product and content stakeholders for updates.
• Assist with launch preparation and post-launch content updates.
• Maintain content inventories and migration trackers.
