The position requires extensive TP experience, strong executive communication, and the ability to translate complex analyses into practical business advice within a Colombian context.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in consulting.
• Ability to translate economic analyses into strategic client guidance.
• Strong communication and leadership of senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex TP engagements, including global documentation and planning.
• Advise clients on restructurings, IP migration, and intercompany licenses.
• Direct valuation and financial modeling to support TP positions.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Mentor and develop team members and collaborate across practices.
• Drive business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
