Job summary

Opella seeks a Digital Quality Expert to embed GxP quality and validation across agile digital delivery. You will lead verification efforts for validated systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness while collaborating with global teams.

You will mentor teams, translate complex quality requirements into practical guidance, and support supplier qualification and deviation management as part of an ambitious, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of computerized system validation and data integrity principles.
• Strong understanding of GAMP 5, Annex 11 and Part 11 regulations.
• Experience integrating quality activities into agile project delivery across functions.

Responsibilities

• Govern documentation for computerized system validation and assurance, data integrity, cloud/SaaS solutions, and electronic records/signatures.
• Lead validation planning, risk assessments, testing strategies, and approval of validation deliverables.
• Partner with Digital, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain during agile delivery.
• Integrate quality requirements into completion criteria and maintain validated, audit-ready systems.
• Provide GxP guidance and training to global stakeholders.
